Check the Product in Front of the Delivery Person

Customers are requested to carefully check the product in the presence of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

Please make sure that the product is correct, undamaged, and matches your order before accepting the parcel.

Important: Once the delivery person leaves, Orzin Shop will not be responsible for complaints or claims related to the product.

Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

Customers must record a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video from the beginning of opening the parcel until the product is fully checked.

The unboxing video will be considered mandatory evidence in case of any claim regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Tip: Keep the complete unboxing video safely until the product has been fully verified.

Return for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you find that the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered while checking it in front of the delivery person, you may immediately return the product to the delivery person.

After reviewing your complaint and the complete unboxing video, if Orzin Shop determines that the claim is valid and reasonable, the applicable return and delivery charges will be completely free of cost, and the company will bear the related expenses.

However, if the claim is found to be invalid or unreasonable, or if the customer fails to provide proper evidence such as a complete unboxing video, the customer will be responsible for the applicable delivery/return charges.

Important Conditions

Claims or free-return facilities may not be applicable in all cases after the delivery person has left.

Therefore, customers are strongly advised to:

Check the product carefully before accepting the delivery.
Check the product in the presence of the delivery person.
Record a complete unboxing video from start to finish.
Keep the unboxing video safely until the product has been fully verified.
